Dr. Shall should not be practicing medicine. He does not know what he is doing. He is also very rude. This moron crippled me for the rest of my life. He messed up during surgery because he doesn't know what he's doing. Please do not go to this doctor. He should have his license pulled. There are so many bad reports about him. Why he is allowed to practicing medicine is a mystery. I hope they take away his license for what he did to so many people.
