Dr. Ramos is former President of the Florida Association of Pediatric Cardiologists, member of the board of Directors of the American Heart Association (Central Florida Chapter), Pan American Medical Association of Central Florida and Chairman of the department of Pediatrics at Florida Hospital. Dr. Ramos has been in practice in Orlando since 1981 and resides in Longwood with his wife and four children.

Dr. Ramos is a board-certified pediatric cardiologist. He received his degree, cum laude, from the University of Barcelona School of Medicine. He completed a pediatric internship at Albert Einstein Medical Center and a pediatric residency followed by a pediatric cardiology fellowship at Children’s Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati. He also completed a research fellowship in cardiac electrophysiology at the University of Miami School of Medicine.Dr. Ramos is Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics (Cardiology) at the University of Florida.
