My daughter has been going to this physician for almost two years and has only seen him once. She see's the nurse practioner, Terri, who leaves a lot to be desired in patient care. The staff does not return phone calls for days even if it is an important matter and when they do call back their answer is to call your family provider about the medication side effects that they have prescribed. The hit and miss with medications is true, its just change from one to another without any explanation of why she thinks this one is better. There have been no blood tests done at all and then Terri wanted a 24 hour eeg done without checking to see if my insurance will cover it and it didn't so I got a bill for $1800.Regardless of the cost my daughter still suffers from seizures with various side effects from the medication that she wants her family physician to take care of. I lost a nephew to seizures three years ago when he was just 23. He was left at home along for one hour and he had a seizure and died. Now that Dr Renfore has moved his office to Gulf Breeze to a office above a Regions Bank building it is further away for me to travel so I am looking for someone else.

Dr. Renfroe has been completely absent in the care of my daughter who has been having seizers for 12 months. At one time he told an ER Doctor that my daughter is one of his patient that does not have a seizure disorder, even though she was suffering from Todd’s paralysis and an uncontrolled seizure on the medication he prescribed for her. He and his staff play hit and miss games with medications for an attempt of control her seizures and he lets his receptionist staff call patients to adjust dosages or calculate when additional doses of valium should be administered. Something a licensed provider should be doing not a secretary. I feel that my daughters life means nothing to them and most days I call I am sent to an answering machine after being snubbed by a secretary while I‘m waiting for an ambulance, giving rescue breath to my unconscious baby girl who is now 19 months old.
