Dr. Cheng is a compassionate doctor who took the time to answer my questions regarding my child. He was very good with my daughter throughout the entire exam. A few of the Chicago staff were not so compassionate. Nurse Vicky was cold, indifferent and downright rude to me. As much as I would love to recommend Dr. Cheng, I cannot due to the subpar level of service received by this particular nurse.
