Barber podiatry is a wonderful office, the staff is great and the doctor is amazing. I first started going to Dr. Barber about 8 years ago for pain in my feet that made it virtually impossible for me to walk. He was able to help me in just a couple of visits. I ended up having problems again just this last year and my new insurance company sent me to a different provider. After working with a different doctor to no avail for 3 months, I put in a special request to return to Dr. Barber. My request was approved and Dr. Barber was able to help me again. Dr. Barber is amazing! He stays up on the latest technologies and is very knowledgeable in his field and truly cares about his patients. I put my trust in him to know the best way to help my feet. This time Dr. Barber was able to help my feet using a noninvasive, pain free laser treatment as an alternative treatment for my heel pain. From now on, I will request to go straight to Dr. Barber instead of wasting time with another provider.

I feel like Dr. Barber is all about making money, which I understand but not at the expense of the patient. My 1st appt they were pushing anti fungal and another type of foot cream. I needed orthotics but I guess I assumed they would check with my insurance company to see if they were covered. Well, they didn't do that and my insurance company won't cover the cost of them. I'm on the hook for many hundreds of dollars for orthotics that I'm not even sure will help me. What a rip off
