I was able to see some before and after photos from other surgeries they had done, which gave me more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were doing. I was glad they let me look through them. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
