What a horrible experience I had with Thomas Reed and his staff. The secretary (Lisa) is a very rude individual who I never see smiling. Lisa has an appearance as if she does not like working there and I see her treat customers poorly. The therapy staff did not do a good job in assisting me. The facility stinks with a stench and every machine, table, ball, etc. is filthy.

I put in a request to have my medical records released to me (which has to be given to me within 15 days by state law), but Lisa has refused to give them to me. What a terrible place to go to and I would highly recommend everyone stay away.

Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Was this provider's office too loud?
Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
Does this provider maintain a professional appearance?
Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
