I was not the patient. My father was. He was just diagnosed with ALS. She was very rude to my family when we asked questions. Dad was scared too death. The office staff took us to a very small dingy looking room and kept my dad in a extremely small wheelchair that didn't support his back at all. Kept us waiting for over a half hour. Doctor talked to my sister and me like we were stupid and I work in a hospital. Dr. handed us a sheet of paper on a drug for ALS that had lots of medical terms we didn't understand. Didn't bother to explain anything to us. I will leave the decision up to my father since I don't want to upset him. But, I personally wanted take my own dog to see her. Hope if she has family of her own she not as heartless with them.

No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday
