I provided translations to my relative, while I was translating back what the patient had said, the doctor cut me off and started asking new questions with out hearing the patients answers. Always had to wait to be seen for a long time. Hard to get this office to refill prescriptions in an appropriate time frame. Staff seem overwhelmed.

This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number from listings of doctors offices available off of internet search. No website at all. Their office was nice and quiet. . My appointment was cancelled once. . Sometimes I felt that I was not real clear what tests the doctor wanted me to go get from an outside source, and the labs were usually confused as well as to what she wanted on her Lab order form.They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. It was especially difficult to get the staff on the phone and ask that they send your records to another doctor or your employer. Count on asking them 2-3 times before it is done. I think they need a larger staff and a larger office.
