Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
