I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time.
