I have been going to Dr Snyder for my primary care for about 3 years now. Overall, I find him to be an excellent doctor. He is always willing to talk to you, answer questions, and ensure that you are comfortable with the treatment options he gives you.

The only downside to my experiences with Dr Snyder have been with wait times. To combat this, I usually try to make early appointments or appointments right after lunch.

The wait times usually seem to be because he is a doctor willing to schedule in emergency appointments instead of making people wait. Maybe a little schedule padding would be helpful, but oh well. Office staff is hit and miss, I think that every doctors office has people who are good and people who are so-so, it's a fact of life.

Overall, I completely trust Dr Snyder as a doctor and find him to be a wonderful person. I am always willing to deal with the pre-visit wait times because of the quality of care I know I will receive from him.

Dr Snyder is a fine doctor, very thorough. HOWEVER, his office staff is TERRIBLE. It can be impossible to get through to them, the answering machine picks up almost EVERY time. You can leave message after message but they do NOT call you back. You can send faxes, which go ignored. It doesn't matter how important the call is... it doesn't matter if you need an appointment, a prescription refill approved, or some other urgent matter... they DO NOT call you back. The office staff is the whole reason I am going to look for a new doctor. Don't waste your time with Dr. Snyder's office. If you do, you will regret it. Take it from someone who knows.
