It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
