Nurse Carol and the staff are very caring and knowledgeable. I have never had to wait and they always remember who I am. They are easy to get along with and very easy to get an appointment. I have been to this office every month for the past year and have always been treated with respect. Great people to deal with.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment.

Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. It's frustrating that eventhough I was just there AND I have been a loyal patient for 2 years now and gotten the same allergy shot which takes all of 2 minutes; I have currently been let go and do not have insurance and will not let me just come in for a quick shot (I would happily pay for the shot just don't think it's right that I have to pay for an hour office visit especially when I was just in there). The staff does NOTHING to work with you when trying to make this arrangement. Also everytime I have gone I wait for over an hour and then I am rushed through seeing the doctor always under 5 minutes and I don't feel like I can take up any more of their time. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.
