I love Dr Dan Roney and all the other physicians I have seen in this office. We have seen them for everyone in our family and never once been disappointed. I love that Dr Roney walks in and takes the time to sit down and talk about what is going on and our reason for our visit. I feel that Dr Roney has a good balance between prescribing medications when necessary, but not overprescribing. My only frustration has been with getting medical records from their office. The office staff have not been cooperative with Children's Mercy and the only way I can get a copy of the permission to release records is to come by in person (which I do not live in Liberty anymore) or to have it faxed (which I do not have). I do not understand why any business office in this day and age cannot scan and e-mail out a blank permission slip! It's too bad dr Roney does not have a fantastic office staff to support him, as he really is a great doctor!
