They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I have been going to Dr. Wiley for about 2 years now and I have no complaints about him. However, some of his front office staff are not kind and a few have a real attitude, like they are doing you a favor to see you, vs. you are contributing to their pay checks by coming there, for you could take your business elsewhere. The waiting room is always full and is rather dark and needs to be updated to a more comfortable environment. Poor and cheap taste in decorating. Sometimes I feel that Dr. Wiley rushes when he is with me and does not understand my concerns or issues, but I never leave his office until I am satisfied. The girls in the back of the office that do the labs are very professional and very friendly, perhaps they need to teach the girls at the front desk some manners, for they could use some, as well as their tone in how they speak to patients. I do not care for the other doctor that Dr. Wiley has in his office with him. He has no bedside manners, is very rude, does not let you speak before he interupts you, does not smile, do I need to say more? I always fill out the survery cards on each of my visits, but so far, no improvements are seen. I hate to change doctors, but if the staff does not learn some better manners and watch their tone with the patients, and become more friendly, then I will have to look for a new doctor. Please Dr. Wiley, send your front office staff to a manner school!!!

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
