I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
