I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
