**HCG is not an option for Procedures on the next screen--I chose the first option which is not accurate. I had my final appointment with Verdas today for HCG and am disappointed. I received 28 HCG shots on 2/21/22 during my consultation and paid $1,000 (was told this was a discount from $1,200). I was told to start my shots on 3/1/22 but received a B-12 shot on 2/21/22. I believed my consultation was with Dr. Nangrani but it was not. When I arrived for my consultation, the staff was confused because they believed it was by phone. I had called ahead to confirm it was in person because the email confirmation I received was for in-person. The in-person vist was confirmed. When I arrived, the staff was confused and I was told the visit was on phone. The staff actually asked me who I talked to when I told them the in-person visit was confirmed. The consultation was rushed. I was made to feel like an inconvenience and that I had arrived in error. The information packet I received was not informative. I committed nonetheless because I have two close friends who had good experiences with the clinic. I was told I would receive a phone call at the end of February before my March 1 start date on HCG. I did not. Now that I have been through the process, I can speak to my utter disappointment. Today was the first time I had a staff member speak to me as a partner in the weight loss journey but this was my last appointment--despite having two more weeks of shots. I should not have received a B-12 shot on 2/21/22 but during my first week of HCG. I have 12 more days of HCG--almost 2 weeks! I should have received more information about the diet and food intake. I did my own research on the 500 calorie intake and water intake and have stuck to it religiously. Despite this, I have only lost about 10 pounds in 15 days. At each check-in, the staff did not speak with me about progress. They merely measured me (inaccurately). Please look at the measurements in my file and note the inaccurate measurements. For example, my first chest measurement was 40 inches. My second chest measurement the next week was 30 inches. When I questioned this, I was not remeasured. This is just one example. On my second visit, staff pulled the wrong chart and wanted to speak to me about my pellets. I have no idea what pellets are. Today I learned 7 shots are $200. 28 shots, mathematically, should be $800. I was led to believe that $1,000 for 28 shots was a discount. I believe I should receive a $200 refund. I will stick to the HCG for my remaining 12 days on my own. At this point, I feel Verdas basically sold me 28 HCG shots, 4 B-12 shots, and prescription but did not offer any medical or professional advice. I am a professional and will not openly share my dissatisfaction with others, will not leave any negative reviews, and will not report these negative experiences, but I will not recommend the clinic if asked. I have seen better results with independent weight loss on low calorie diets and fitness programs. I am ashamed that I trusted the clinic based on my friends' positive experiences. I had planned on starting with HCG and continuing with other treatments, but will seek another clinic. Please contact me about the pricing difference that I was quoted today (7 weeks for $200 versus 4 weeks for $1,000.)
