Dr. Shinaman is a fantastic Doctor. His back office staff is wonderful. His in-office front office staff is very efficient.

However, when contacting his office, the phone message is irritating and useless. It goes on and on and noone picks up the line to talk. Listened for 10 minutes with no operator coming on the line. Then even tried dialing as a doctor and got the same message which was the same as the general number information!!!
