They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting
