They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
I stopped going to another "family owned and operated" chiropractor office that I went to regularly because I was uncomfortable even being in their waiting room. Bad, tension filled, uncomfortable, and unhappy staff. Couldn't make myself call anymore when they lost one of their family members (the only one there I liked) left. I'm sooo happy to have found La Mesa and the whole staff there! Thank you Rowes Brothers for giving me wonderful care (over and beyond care of Chiro's I've gone to for 20 years).
