Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. JUST SO YOU KNOW I HAD PUT NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ON MANY WEBSITES I ALSO CALLED MANY MEDICAL BOARDS AND YOUR SUPERVISOR ABOUT YOUR UNPROFESSIONALISM. HOW DARE YOU GET SNIPPY WITH ME AND MAKE ME FEEL AWFUL AND INSECURE ABOUT MY ILLNESSES. ALL I AKSED IF YOU TRAINED IN DBT WHICH I WAS TOLD AND YOU FREAKED OUT ON ME. IS IT BECAUSE YOU DONT SPECIALIZE IN DBT BUT MARKET YOURSELF IN THAT WAY. YOU MENTIONED VIA PHONE YOU DONT WANT ME AS A PATIENT YOU OFFERED NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE AND MADE ME FEEL SAD AND ASHAMED OF MY ILLNESSES. THERE IS SOMETHING SKETCHY ABOUT YOU. YOU ARE A DISGRACE TO THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY AND YOU ARE NO WHERE NEAR A HEALER.
