Was so unprofessional. I left the appointment feeling confused dissatisfied. I didn't really get what I wanted out of it. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone and Michael Canino was very pleasant over the phone, yet the counselor he set us up with was very annoying and unprofessional. It was a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this Group at all.

They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. The office was easy enough to find. I don't think they really deserve any type of recommendation. My experience was sub-par, and I don't have much to say about them.
