With over 28 years of experience what I offer is an accepting, loving environment to explore the interior terrain of ourselves. I have an eclectic approach, having been trained in a variety of modalities. I work with individuals, couples and families. I believe that what often limits us is what we are not aware of. Becoming aware of our unconscious material gives us the opportunity to make conscious choices which allows us to feel more free and powerful. Learning how to communicate effectively is a crucial part of the work. When we learn how to focus on ourselves and stop blaming we become more effective in our relationships and our lives. I have a spiritual focus that is inclusive of all practices.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
