I've been to this office twice. I had recently moved to the city at the time and wanted to find a local dentist. I did some research online and saw that he had great reviews. When I went, the staff was very professional and the facility was very clean, almost state of the art if you ask me. I was very impressed. However, when they took my X-Rays, they didn't bother to show them to me which I thought was odd. Most dentists I've been to have the X-Rays right in front so you can see them. Then they proceeded to tell me I had a mouth full of cavities, which to me was odd since I've never had a cavity in my life! They didn't point anything out to me in my X-Rays either, they showed me a cartoon looking drawing of teeth and pointed out the particular molars that needed to be filled. They didn't tell me how bad, the cost, alternatives, etc. I was very concerned yet left feeling uninformed with tons of questions. I went again for my general cleaning 6 months later without getting my teeth filled and they harped on me about it because of all of the "cavities" in my mouth. I brushed it off as I still wasn't sure about their diagnosis. I decided I would get a second opinion to get peace of mind. I waited the 6 months for my insurance and went to my childhood dentist. It certainly wasn't as convenient but these folks know my dental history and I know I can get a straight honest answer from them. Turns out, I have NO cavities! Not one! Actually. the dentist told me I had beautiful teeth :) I told him what Dr. Bonomo's office told me and he said that was crazy and even laughed. He showed me my X-Rays (which were right in front of me the whole time) and there weren't any that were remotely visible. Nothing.

Bottom line, I am soo glad I went with my gut and got a second opinion. I'm not sure how much money I would've wasted getting my teeth filled for no reason. People, please get a second opinion, especially when you're unsure. Either Dr. Bonomo's office is trying to scam patients to pay for unnecessary procedures OR, him and his staff lack the knowledge to properly diagnose their patients. I just can't believe the bullet I dodged with this one and I will never go back.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
