Dr. Vail is extremely down to earth. Full disclosure, I started using him because he was down the street from work and I taught his son. However, I generally am picky when it comes to dentists but I have found a dentist I like in Dr. Vail.

I left after my last visit ...in tears! Staff is fairly friendly -- Dr. Vail can be moody. Visited another dental center only to find out that after seeing Dr. Vail's staff on a consistent basis (every 6 months) for 3 years, I had cracks in two teeth (one of which broke) and the other Dr. Vail continued to Drill and Fill even though it actually needed a crown. I also have two additional cavities. If I am visiting you for a thorough exam every six months and full cleaning, I don't expect to have these issues. At least not all at once which leads me to believe they have been culminating over time. We just spent $3,000.00 to correct some of this disaster and I still have to go back for fillings....... Dr. Vail would be good for a basic routine checkup or an emergency situation but this is absolute insanity.
