After an agreed upon price to have a crown put in, we received a bill for close to a thousand dollars. Called the office and they "reviewed" the bill and still charged hundreds more than what was understood originally. The crown never fit right, and fell out a short time later. Mr Russells office still expects us to pay hundreds more than what was agreed upon and gave us a poor product.
