This for a poor and insulting customer service that this place gives. They treat people like garbage. For many years I have been buying and receiving gift cards from them. I did ask the owner previously if their cards has expiration date and the answer is NO.
On Saturday 8/30/15 I called and ask if I can have an appointment for facial and stated that I have 2 gift cards, I did ask if Hannah was still there they say yes, when I asked if I can see her they came with a story she is on leave of absence due personal matters.

Ok no a big deal we did schedule the see a new esthetician on 9/2/15 at 6pm,. I live in san Jose it took me and hour to arrive to this place while the front desk person was directing me to the room she noticed that I had my gift cards and told me I CAN NOT use them, so I told I am not going to pay them anything. She said its a new owners, it can be true but they using the same name the same phone number the same website and the same gift certificate.

I know when someone buy a business that also have to honor the policy of the previous owner, I told them that I am going to sue them and I did talk with my attorney. First they made me drive all the way, the cooked story that Hannah the esthetician is on a leave and refused to honor the gift cards issued by the previous owner.

The front desk lady who was so rude told me to sue the pervious owner. Do not go to this spa is runs by CROOKS. Here I did attached photos from the brochure belongs to them and the 2 gift cards are mine. Now I will never go back to them nor I will never buy a gift card for my friends. No business with CROOKS!!!
