I first went to this practice for my back pain and he seemed very nice and I was very happy that my insurance was able to cover the costs. However he accidentally overcharged me and when I asked for the refund I stopped hearing back from his office. So now I am out 500 dollars and his practice wants more money for my appointments as he now believes that he should be entitled to more as somehow the insurance agreement is now, after i have gone to the appointments not before, somehow not paying enough. This is crazy as there was a negotiated price between his practice and my insurance and the 500$ was out of my pocket and while it should have been returned due to the over charge past the deductible. Unbelievable. It's such a shame that such a seemingly man is now stonewalling my calls and refusing to refund the money he overcharged and I could really use.
