Avoid this guy!

The bad:
In the beginning he stated that he was legally required to charge me for a pre-treatment exam, and that it was required since the body changes every eight months. But then he said he would never have to do the exam if I ever came back. Contradiction?

On the phone he guaranteed that I'd feel 100% better or I didn't have to pay for the treatment. When I arrived this changed to 75% better. Very unprofessional.

He had many tools to test me and bragged about having many treatments to fix my back. As the treatment progressed, I did not feel better, and began having increased neck pain during the session. When I told him this, he expressed frustration and complained about losing time and the need for a different business model. This had nothing to do with me, and he lost focus of actually helping me.

The day after the treatment, my neck was incredibly tight, and my back felt only slightly improved. My back then tightened up again after one week.

Overall, I perceived that "Dr.Scot" was more interested in his diagnosis tools and getting an exam fee than actually healing people. Avoid this guy.

The good:
It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I left the office feeling very upset and dissatisfied. I feel like they did more harm than good during my appointment. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
