They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
