I saw Dr. Zwerin about 30 years ago when I was going thru workers comp. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia by another Doctor I had seen before. Dr . Zwerin didnt know much about Fibromyalgia and didnt really think I had all the chronic pain I was experiencing. He was not very kind or understanding, and at one point he told me and I quote: "You just need to get a job'. Go Flip burgers." Or Take a Vacation." This is what he said to me about my chronic Pain!! I guess he had forgotten I was taken off of my job because I couldnt do my job anymore because I was having to much pain I was a cook in a restaurant and after two bad falls I started to experience all over pain and so I was taken off my job. I feel sorry for any one who has to go to him if they have Fibromyalgia or chronic pain because he wont be very understanding. I am very upset he didnt take what I was saying seriously. Luckily I eventually found a Rheumatologist who knew all about Fibromyalgia and did understand what I was going thru. I hope Dr.Zwerin has taken time to educate himself about Fibromhalgia so he can learn how to treat others with Fibromyalgia and treat them responsibily and with compasson.. .
