The pain pump literally saved my life. Everyone in the office is always in the best disposition, they're welcoming, attentive and even if your pain pump fill is administered by someone other than Jennifer, Physicians' Assistant, Jennifer will still come into the room and spend 5-10 minutes with you. Before she leaves the room she'll always make sure I have everything I need and have asked all of the questions I need to ask. The girls that have supported her and Dr. Stearns are all sweet, nice and knowledgeable about everything and anything. I actually look forward to each and every appointment. Where there aren't many physicians in Arizona who have this expertise, all of the GREAT people are here under one roof. I consider myself very lucky to say I am a patient of this office. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
