They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. It takes forever for medication refills. Actually the pharmacy had to send over 2 requests within 4 days. The pharmacy still hadn't heard anything. I called the doctor and was told, "Oh, we've seen it. What's a good number and we'll get back to you?" HORRIBLE PATIENT SERVICE. Also, don't go there if you have more than a few medical issues. For those of us that aren't in good health they don't want to know EVERYTHING that is wrong with you. The assistance actually told me I'm taking up too much time.
