The staff put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. They thoroughly explained both the procedure and the recovery process to me. The procedure came out wonderful and the recovery was like a dream. The results are perfect. Dr. Houser is kind, caring and never makes me feel like he's rushing to get to the next patient or that my questions are unnecessary. All of my questions were answered and I felt totally prepared for everything. He totally put me at ease the day of the surgery. I could not have asked for a better experience.
