The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
