Surgery went well - I guess he's a good surgeon. BUT: His favorite phrase "Not my problem" tends to wear on a person after a while. Bedside manner is awful, office staff is rude. Treats the patient like they are stupid. Doesn't answer questions in a way an elderly person can understand. We all got a general feeling that he just doesn’t care for the follow up, he just wants to do then surgery then walk away and leave it for their general PH to clean up…
