Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there, and they're rude. They don't return calls, even in cases where I'm almost out of a medicine that cannot be quit cold-turkey. It takes repeated phone calls to get anything out of them. Their hours are inconvenient. Starting at 10:30 a.m., with a lengthy lunch when they're not there. With the doctor, I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would not recommend this neurologist to anyone. Find someone else.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
