They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
