The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Every one of the office staff were very kind, helpful and thorough. The waiting room here is spacious. I did not feel like I had to sit too close to someone or that it was overcrowded. The medical assistant, Nicole, was very nice and thorough. The doctor was very rude. When answering his curt questions, he would cut me off and ask another. Walked out of the exam room without getting exam and told front desk I would not be back. Office manager came to speak to me and apologize for doctor. Ended up staying and seeing Mark Dorn, nurse practitioner. He was very kind and helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. This site would not let me leave less than 1/2 a star for this doctor.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
