The office staff seems to have changed from last year and are not as friendly and compassionate as they use to be. When I called about a prescription request that had been faxed to my doctor, the only response that I received were they had received many and were working on them. The only problem with this is that the company that was shipping the medication was waiting on a reply before they could ship the medicine to me. This is an injection that I give myself weekly(Tuesdays). I've been with this doctor/practice for around 24 years and have never had this problem.

I was sent here for a test for carpel tunnel. My appointment was at 3. I arrived at 2:35 pm since I was a new patient. I turned in the paperwork at 2:50. I wasn't called back to a room until 4:00 pm after I asked the receptionist if they had skipped me. No, she stated "You just have to wait". The Dr. was pleasant enough. Small talk made the test take longer, but not a big deal. Once the Dr. left the room, I put my shirt on and waited for the nurse to let me know what to do next. I sat there for another 15 min. I believe they were checking the rooms before going home when they came to the room where I was. The lady looked at me and said Your done, you can go. i told her I hadn't been there before and wasn't familiar with the procedures.
