They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
