I booked an appointment for an overall check up and to ask about a small growth on my face. Dr. Freilich was completely rude and nasty, barely explained to me what he thought it would be, rushed right into doing a biopsy and when I expressed fear and concern over it, he began shaking with rage and yelling at me that it was nothing and that I shouldn't worry.

The next day, I removed the band aid and saw that he cut a very large hole right in the middle of my face that was much bigger than the tiny growth and which will certainly produce a large scar.

This is one of the worst medical experiences of my whole life. I would never ever go back to this monster.

STAY AWAY.

I made an appointment with Dr. Freilich expecting to see a male doctor and after over an hour of waiting I was seen by a female Orthodox Jewish doctor who told me my consultation would be observed by a girl. I was not told who she was nor given the option to ask her to leave. She was not a nurse. I went to pay after a short consultation and directed to an ATM after being told the office did not accept credit cards. After coming back from the ATM in the rain, the office could not provide change. I left the office with them owing me money. Several months later I received a bill for my visit that I paid for. I would never return to this disorganized office.
