Dr. Luo does not seem especially competent. My mother was seen by her for several years, and her situation deteriorated while under Dr. luo's care. At no time did Dr. luo suggest a referral to another specialist. We have since taken her to see a neurosurgeon, who was appalled that her case was allowed to deteriorate to such a degree.

I am also curious as to Dr. Luo's training - we have asked her office on several occassions regarding her specialty and credentials, and each time been given vague answers.
