I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Something great about this office is the fantastic chairs they have in their waiting room. I could practically fall asleep while waiting to see the orthodontist.
I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

No, there was no annoying music

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

During my visit, the orthodontist made sure to check my teeth and answer any questions I might have. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

We got our braces here at the Hiram office over a year and a half ago. I wish I would of done more research, and asked around. This place obviously stays in business because they offer a "pay as you go" to poor people and people with insurance. However, the quality of service and treatment is awful. You will be sent to a small waiting area loaded down with multi cultural teens. The parents are not allowed to go back with the children. And, the doctor will then take a quick look at you, then you will be sent back into the waiting area full of teens, where you sit and wait. There are several hygeinst who work there. One of them will then call you back and put your braces on, or change your wires. I'm not sure what kind of training they have, but, the wires break often and the brackets and braces break. The staff are very rude and hateful. I am on the brink of getting an attorney because me and my family are experiencing a nightmare with our braces. I have pictures and what not of my sons braces where his teeth were growing over to the right (sideways) after having his braces for a year, because the orthodontist in Hiram ga failed to put braces on two of his teeth for 8 weeks. This is an ongoing nightmare and I am shocked this place is still in business. When you see their cliental though you won't be surprised as to why they are in business.
