Yoga Teacher

A yoga teacher offers yoga classes in either a group or one-on-one setting, usually in a studio. A yoga teacher will generally take students through a series of postures, emphasizing proper breathing and alignment. There are many different types of yoga, including Bikram (hot yoga), Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha and Power Yoga. Benefits of yoga practice include improved flexibility, stress relief, weight management and increased strength.
