Dr. David Fromm is a General Surgeon at Monument Health Rapid City Clinic, 5th Street. He received his medical degree from the University of South Dakota’s Sanford School of Medicine in Vermillion, SD. Dr. Fromm completed his General Surgery Residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, IA.
