Ever since I have been diagnosed with PCOS, which is a female hormonal issue. I have finally understood that there’s so much more to weight lost than just not eating or over exercising and just making yourself crazy with all these fad not sustainable diets. So I finally was tired after all these years and reached out to Dr Azi, I have been with her about three months now and have learned great tips from her and have been more comfortable with food and health in general.
